Where my Family Tree Starts...Me

So it is important for you to know, if you do not already, that in Genealogy you don't start with you or your living parents. And you NEVER take pictures of a headstone of somebody who is still living. There are plenty of superstitions that come along in the world of Genealogy, but I follow almost NONE of those rules. It is not because I don't care, or that I don't have respect for other people, it is simply that I am on a mission, and that is to find out who my family is. So in short I am NOT a CG or a "Professional" So if you happen to come across this blog and want to correct me about your Superstitions, Just know that I'm apologizing in advance.

To begin, My name is Jentry Marie Dodson-Moore, I am the daughter of James Earl Dodson of Tulsa,Ok and Patricia Ann Cooper of Stillwater,Ok. I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I like to Travel, I sometimes like my Family, and I LOVE my family history. It is not a super interesting family tree filled with countless celebrities... or even a celebrity but it is my family history. This blog will be specifically about my Paternal Grandfather (Dad's Dad)'s Family and the men who came before him.
